Individual - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Good for one, non transferable MAVA membership for one calendar year. Memberships can be renewed starting December 1st.

Organizational Membership - First 2 Employees - $30.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For organizations with multiple employees joining. $30 each for first 2 employees. Each of the first 2 employees must submit a form at this level/payment.

$25 for each additional employee. the 3rd employee and beyond will need to choose the "Organizational Membership 3+ Employees" option.

Membership is transferable with notice to MAVA. Each employee must submit an application form. No cap on total # of organizational members.

Organizational Membership 3+ Employees - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This level is for Organizational Memberships that have 3 or more employees. The first two employees will need to choose the "Organizational Membership - First Two Employees" option.

The 3rd employee and beyond will need to choose this option.

Each membership is good for one calendar year and can be renewed starting December 1st.
